"I’ve been taking these daily for about a week, usually with a meal. The softgels are fairly large, but they are smooth and have been easy for me to swallow. So far, I haven’t noticed any fishy taste, aftertaste, burps, or stomach discomfort, which is one of the most important things I look for in an omega-3 supplement. It is still too early for me to judge any long-term health benefits, but my initial experience has been excellent. I would recommend these to someone looking for a convenient omega-3 supplement who does not mind a larger softgel. The natural lemon taste is certainly a welcomed plus!"

"Carlson remains a high quality, family owned company and I notice a difference in my skin, joints and mood when I take it. The capsules are convenient and easy to take, especially while traveling. I like the fact that the bottle is dark colored to protect the oil from rancidity as well. Capsules may be too large for people who have a hard time swallowing capsules though. In that case, I'd go with a liquid option."
